13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. guidance: A. Key personnel require minimum eligibility of SECRET Clearance. Other personnel, as assigned, will need a minimum eligibility of CONFIDENTIAL in the performance of the contract. Key personnel positions are designated at a minimum as: Program Manager, Training Coordinator, Chief Test Pilots, Pilots, and Maintenance Foreman. All personnel requiring Common Access Cards (CAC) shall be in compliance with HSPD-12 and obtain a minimum eligibility for Position of Trust.

B. Detachment will be a local user of the ship's CMS accounts in order to install and key APX-123 Transponders (RT-1912) in the aircraft. As such, the Detachment will comply with all security requirements specified in SECNAV M-5510.36 and DoD 5520.22-M

C. The Contractor shall comply with security regulations, DoD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) for industrial security guidance, SECNAV M-5510.36 Information Security Program for information security guidance and guidance on handling FOUO, and SECNAV M-5510.30 Personnel Security Program for personnel security guidance. Contractors performing duties under this Contract must adhere to all service/component command/local security directives, regulations, and standard operating procedures at all Contract performance locations.

D. If subcontractors are used, this form must be midified to include subcontractor information. The contractor will ensure all subcontractors follow security guidance.
