AIRCRAFT SECTION
One of the most important purposes of the daily SITREP is to report the availability of aircraft to the customer by using the appropriate FMC, PMC or NMC Codes.
The accuracy of this reporting determines the billable events for each aircraft.
An aircraft not available for the scheduling and execution of missions for the assigned day will be reported as NMC.
If an aircraft is PMC, indicate types of missions the affected aircraft is unable to perform in the comments section next to the aircraft status.
MISSION CODES
V=VERTREP, P=Passenger Transfer, M=Mail Transfer, C=Internal Cargo, L=Logistics (Flights to other vessels or shore facilities for support purposes)
S=Search and Rescue Flights, T=Training, F=Functional Check Flight/ Maintenance Check, O=Other (provide comments)
PERSONNEL SECTION
Report in the PERSONNEL SECTION of the SITREP an accurate account for each position/billet represented at the site. This is accomplished by entering total on site personnel in the "On-Site" column and the total required in the "Required" column. Informa

NOTE: Due to the wide distribution of this report, accuracy is paramount!
