About this file
This pricing attachment is part of a Request for Proposal issued by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Detroit Fire Department for Emergency Medical Services at three casino locations in Michigan. The solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide standby emergency ambulance coverage at Greektown, MGM, and Motor City Casinos for a three-year contract term. Respondents must submit comprehensive cost structures that cover all fees and services for the first, second, and third years of service as part of their proposal response.
Vendors are permitted to establish their own patient fee schedules for ambulance services rendered at the casinos; however, these fees cannot exceed the rates charged by the Detroit Fire Department for comparable services during the contract period. Vendors must submit their current patient fee schedules as part of the RFP response and provide written notification to the City at least sixty days in advance of any fee schedule changes. The vendor is solely responsible for collecting all patient fees and the City bears no liability for fees beyond those expressly stated in the contract. Pricing terms require respondents to structure costs inclusive of all services and fees across the three-year service period.
