The amendment addresses seven key questions from potential offerors, providing clarifications about project requirements including conduit installation, wire mold datacom cover supply, patch panel utilization, and technical specifications. Notably, the government requires the contractor to install a 4" conduit out of an existing junction box, x-ray the floor, core drill, use EMT conduit, match gray electrical outlet faceplates, and utilize existing patch panels.

The solicitation's proposal due date has been extended to December 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST, providing additional time for bidders following the site visit. The project involves structured cabling work in a research facility, with specific technical requirements around conduit installation, cable management, and infrastructure modifications in communication and server rooms.
