About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities (ORF) for solicitation number 75N99025R00030. Amendment 0001 incorporates the government's responses to three Request for Information (RFI) questions, with no change to the proposal due date. The period of performance is 09/19/2025 to 09/18/2026, and the Contracting Officer is Michele Johnson, with Brian Harris as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
The RFI responses clarify key contract requirements: (1) emergency service response requires the technician to be physically onsite within 2 hours, 24/7, including weekends and holidays; (2) emergency calls occur during both normal business and after-hours, with approximately 200 service requests for refrigeration repairs expected in 2024; and (3) the government will provide onsite Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) training until technicians are proficient. These responses provide additional context and expectations for the refrigeration repair and maintenance contract.
