The amendment includes a table of questions and government responses, updated appendices, and changes to the requirement such as the removal of grease/oil collection and the frequency of collection at the Keystone building. The incumbent contract was awarded to HP Group LLC in July 2023. The solicitation requires the contractor to provide complete lawn and grounds maintenance, excavation, and snow and ice removal, as well as a total waste management program. Offerors are advised to price based on the solicitation requirements and not on pricing history, and fringe benefits, overhead, ODCs, and G&A should be included in the task pricing rather than broken out separately.
