About this file

This is a Requirements Document for a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for Agilent/BioTek Instrument Maintenance services. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) seeks maintenance and calibration services for four temperature- and air-controlled automated microscopy systems used for high-throughput sickle cell disease drug discovery. The contract period runs for one twelve-month period from September 25, 2026 through September 24, 2027, with quarterly payment in arrears. The instruments covered are identified by serial numbers 19020111, 17102518, 18050324, and 1802121D, each with a quantity of one unit. Pricing for all items is listed as TBD (to be determined).

The contractor must provide unlimited telephone support and perform one preventative maintenance visit per year per instrument, including inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and performance verification. All work must be performed by Agilent Certified Engineers using only Agilent Certified Parts.
