The Q&A clarifies that while Agilent is currently the sole provider of the service package for the Agilent 4200 TapeStation instrument, the Government will accept quotations on equal brand alternatives. Vendors submitting equal brand proposals must provide materials that are comparable with the Agilent 4200 TapeStation and demonstrate equivalency.
