About this file

This is Amendment No. 1 to RFP 75N93026R00005 for Radiological or Nuclear Medical Countermeasure Product Development Support (PDS), issued by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) under the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The amendment was issued on June 12, 2026, with an unchanged proposal due date of August 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. The contracting officer is Karen Telphia, reachable at karen.telphia@nih.gov or 240.669.2960. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by identifying the amendment number and date on each copy of their submitted proposal, or risk rejection.

The amendment clarifies technical proposal page limitations in response to a question regarding an apparent typographical error in the original solicitation. The corrected requirement specifies that the total page count of the technical proposal shall not exceed 250 pages, inclusive of all attachments. Pages that do not count toward this limit include the title page, back page, table of contents, and section dividers containing only section titles. Individual curriculum vitae documents are limited to 3 pages each. Any pages exceeding the 250-page limit will be removed from proposals and not evaluated. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
