Offerors must provide all-inclusive hourly rates covering labor, travel expenses, per diem, lodging, all applicable taxes, and miscellaneous costs associated with service delivery.
Key pricing terms specify that unit prices shall be all-inclusive of all fees and expenses, with a minimum 30-minute unpaid lunch break permitted at the discretion of the contractor. Travel time to and from the facility site cannot be invoiced as time worked, and lunch break duration will be determined at the task order level based on departmental hours of operation. The pricing template contains blank fields for unit prices and total costs across all 10 contract line items (CLINs), with responses due by July 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
