This is a Price Schedule for a federal contract to provide security and network infrastructure upgrades to the Yakama Service Unit. The period of performance extends from the date of award through March 31, 2026.

The base contract requires delivery and installation of a comprehensive CCTV camera system consisting of 29 high-resolution IP cameras (5MP minimum with PoE and night vision), a Lenel Network Video Recorder, Dell server and workstation, video storage hardware with 45-day minimum capacity, and backup battery/UPS system with 24-hour operation capability. The card access system component includes three PIV 2.4.1-compliant card readers, eight electric strikes for pharmacy entrances and medication rooms, Lenel OnGuard CAS software, CAS controllers/modules, and a 24-hour backup battery system. Network infrastructure includes Cisco switches (model to be specified), Cat6 or fiber cabling, cable trays and support hardware, network ports and jacks, and tamper-proof camera mounting hardware for all 29 cameras. Installation and services encompass site assessment, pre-installation planning and documentation, system installation labor for CCTV and card access, network infrastructure installation, system programming and integration, testing and commissioning, and removal/disposal of six obsolete cameras and associated infrastructure. Additional deliverables include equipment inventory documentation, operating and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, on-site certified training for IT and pharmacy staff, a 5-year comprehensive warranty and maintenance agreement, mobilization/de-mobilization services, and project management with scheduling and Gantt chart development. The contractor must also provide a safety and accident prevention plan, infection control risk assessment, equipment access control plan, debris disposal plan, contractor insurance and bonds, quality control and inspection services, site security and access management, and contingency allowance for unforeseen conditions.

The solicitation includes four optional line items for evaluation purposes only: OPT-1 extended warranty for years 6-10, OPT-2 additional 5MP camera with installation, OPT-3 storage capacity upgrade to 60 days, and OPT-4 advanced analytics software with facial recognition and motion tracking capabilities. The price schedule template includes columns for quantity, price per unit, and total, with pricing to be completed by the contractor.
