About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0002) to a federal solicitation for a Radiology Mobile CT Scanner for the Billings Area Indian Health Service. The amendment modifies the original solicitation by removing the previous Statement of Work, Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, and Wage Determination, and replacing them with a revised Statement of Work dated June 26, 2025. Key changes include clarifying that this is not a non-personal services requirement and that the Blackfeet Service Unit CT Technologist will staff and operate the unit, with the contractor providing only equipment lease and minimal clinical applications training.

The revised Scope of Work details requirements for a mobile 64-slice CT scanner to be deployed at the Blackfeet Community Hospital in Browning, Montana for approximately six months, with an option to extend up to an additional six months. The mobile CT unit must meet specific technical specifications, including DICOM compatibility with VistA Imaging and VistA Rad systems, dose reduction software, and a dual contrast injector. The contractor is responsible for delivery, setup, and removal of the unit, and must provide a minimum of two days of training for the hospital's technologist. The proposal submission deadline has been extended from May 12, 2025, to July 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. PST.
