Fort Hall Dental Airflow Reconfiguration Services

Solicitation No. 75H70120Q00054

The following questions have been answered in response to this solicitation:

Q1: Has there already been airflow readings recorded on the existing ductwork?

A1: A test and balance was performed recently and we are waiting on the report. It will be provided upon award.

Q2: Is the office currently open or would we be able to perform the work during normal business hours?

A2: The dental department will close in order to accommodate this work. The awardee must coordinate with the

Service Unit when scheduling.

Q3: Is the 5 day review on submittals included in the 20 day completion?

A3: The project period of performance (POP) does not begin until the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued; which is after award. As stated in the Statement of Work (SOW), the 20-day project POP includes a 5-day government review period for each submittal. If requested in advance, the government would consider an extension as necessary.

Q4: Is there a time that we could come have a look at the project in person?

A4: Site visits may be requested by contacting the Facility Manager, Jeremy Friday. He can be reached at (208)

238-5414 or Jeremy.Friday@ihs.gov. Thursday mornings are preferred as the Service Unit is closed to patients at that time.
