Question 1: C2: Project Objective #2: Domestic Air Freight pricing for 1, 2 & 3 Day, Do you want a single price for each service level from each warehouse to any other warehouse? Or just a price for each service level that covers getting the freight to any location in CONUS? As these shipments could be different sizes, do you want pricing per cubic foot or per mile? Or should we price for moving the same amount of freight that would fit in a standard 53' trailer?

Answer: Pricing per cubic foot for air freight is standard commercial practice.

Question 7: Can this question/request be clarified? Specifically, what is meant by air cargo support for 30 days? Are you looking for a timeline of operations for air cargo support for the 30 days from the event? From the program's standpoint, do you prefer to have a single contact with backups or multiple contacts based on the service required?

Answer: “for approximately 30 days” should be removed. The intent of #2 is to address the technical approach in response to the RFTOP scenarios provided, not over a set period.
