Bidders must submit all attachments electronically through SIGMA VSS, with a 6 MB file size limit per attachment. Questions are accepted until Monday, July 22, 2019, at noon, and can be submitted via email to conleys2@michigan.gov. Potential bidders experiencing submission issues can contact the SIGMA Help Desk at 888-734-9749 or via email.
