Schedule of SBA Fees Collected by FTA Fiscal Transfer Agent (FTA / Contractor) 2019 – 7(a) Loan Guaranty Program

General

· Pricing is for a Base Year and Six (6) Option Years. Dates are given in this Pricing Schedule, but dates may be adjusted by the parties, depending on actual date of contract award.

· The Contractor may earn float income on any loan payment funds in its possession. The Contractor may not earn float income on payments deposited into the Master Reserve Fund (MRF).

· These stated fees and any amount earned from money held in transit represent the sole compensation to the Contractor.

· The Contractor’s direct costs, indirect costs, and profit/fee are included in the fees stated in this Schedule. The Contractor will receive no other compensation from this contract. All Contractor direct and indirect costs, and expenses shall be included in Contractor fees, including all costs associated with the development and printing of all certificates issued in association for Guaranteed Individual Certificates and Pool Certificates. Certificates shall be of a quality equal to stock or bond certificates printed by an established note company. The format and quality of certificates shall be approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) in writing.

· The Contractor shall provide the SBA with a monthly accounting of all fees collected and proceeds disbursed in sufficient detail to allow the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) COR to confirm the proper disbursement of fund proceeds by the Contractor.

· All rates and fees offered by Contractor are firm, fixed, and fully-loaded.

CLIN 0001 - Monthly SBA Rebate

The Contractor shall pay the SBA a monthly rebate (in arrears) from the float income it collected the previous month. Float income does not include income generated from fees. The monthly rebate shall be a dollar amount equivalent to one of twelve monthly installments of the proposed rebate amount proposed by the Contractor in this Pricing Schedule.

The Federal Funds Rate (FFR) is the interest rate established by the Federal Reserve Board. The FFR is the interest rate at which depository institutions actively trade balances held at the Federal Reserve on an uncollateralized basis. The FFR varies. The Contractor shall use the FFR in effect either on the first business trading day of the month of May if that day is the first day of the Period of Performance (POP) or the rate in effect the previous May 1st. The POPs for this contract are the base year, and each of six option years. The rebate amount in the Pricing Schedule represents the annual dollar amount that the Contractor will remit to the SBA in equal installment amounts over the twelve (12) month POP. The SBA rebate is applied to the Contractor’s total fees for the previous month to determine the amount of the monthly rebate.

Note that the effective Federal Funds Rate (FFR) published by the Federal Reserve at the time of the preparation of this solicitation was 2.25%.

The rebate payment shall be wired to the SBA on the first business day following the end of the previous month.
