About this file

The document provided contains questions and answers related to Solicitation 72DOW-S1469 issued by the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW). The solicitation is for a Policy and Procedure Document Tracking System, which will be utilized by NDOW, as well as the jurisdictions of Washoe County, Carson City, and Reno City. The solicitation allows for foreign vendors to respond, and all correspondence and negotiation will be conducted remotely, without the need for on-site meetings. The system is expected to have up to 300 users, with 8-10 users able to add, edit, and delete documents. NDOW has existing documents that will need to be integrated into the new system, but the exact number and size are unknown. The preferred deployment is a cloud-based solution, and NDOW has staff that can be trained to assist with implementation and ongoing administration, though a turnkey approach is preferred due to time constraints.

Regarding pricing, NDOW does not have a set budget for this project and is requesting vendors to provide their best cost estimate. The vendor's response should include a copy of their Nevada business license (or the ability to obtain one within 10 days of notice of award), a certificate of insurance, and other relevant company information. NDOW does not anticipate the need for public access to the documents, and the system is not required to integrate with any existing applications.
