About this file
This document contains a Request for Proposals (RFP) from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) seeking proposals to implement the Locally Legitimate Stabilization (LLS) contract. USAID anticipates awarding one Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type contract with a period of performance of 5 years at an estimated cost range of between $44 million and $49 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990 and the authorized geographical code is 937. The LLS contract will support USAID's Country Development Cooperation Strategy for Somalia from 2021 to 2025 by preventing and countering violent extremism and building resilience among marginalized populations through activities such as strengthening local governance, increasing inclusive social and economic opportunities, and diversifying livelihoods.
