About this file
This document is an amendment to a request for proposals for the Basic Infrastructure Support Mechanism in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza. The amendment revises the deadline for questions to June 29, 2023 and details a mandatory pre-bid conference and optional site visits to be held on June 26, 2023 at AECOM's offices in Ramallah and at two youth development centers. The purpose of the BISM is to obtain construction services from a local contractor to address infrastructure needs in health, democracy and governance, education, youth, water, and economic growth programs funded by USAID. Proposed activities must comply with the Taylor Force Act prohibiting assistance that directly benefits the Palestinian Authority. The solicitation is issued by USAID and any resulting award is subject to funding availability and internal approvals.
