About this file

This is a Questions and Answers amendment (Amendment 70Z08025QMECP00090001) for the USCGC DILIGENCE FY25 Dockside Aviation Availability solicitation. The Q&A addresses a single certification issue where a vendor's QP-1 company certifications will expire on March 31st, 2025. The government confirms that vendors can submit their current certification with acknowledgment of the upcoming expiration and renewal in the technical portion of their proposal, rather than requiring the renewed certification before bid closing or moving the requirement to the arrival conference.

Amendment 70Z08025QMECP00090001 Q&A

Q: The QP-1 company we use certs expire March 31st 2025, they will receive a new certification before that but will not have it before the bid process will be closed. Can this requirement be moved to the arrival conference? Most renewal cards and certificates do not get issued with the new date until the week or day of current expiration.

A: Please provide their current certification and acknowledge the fact that it will expire and be renewed before the beginning of the period of performance in the technical portion of the proposal.

This will satisfy the requirement.
