The amendment provides three substantive changes: (1) an updated Attachment 3 containing the Wage Determination (General Decision Number MA20260001 Modification Number 1, dated May 18, 2026); (2) Request for Information (RFI) responses to 14 questions regarding project completion timelines, work restrictions, cable reuse, concrete foundations, bollards, site visits, generator specifications, and cable terminations; and (3) Attachment 6 containing the Pre-Bid Site Visit Sign In Sheet. Key RFI responses clarify that contract completion is 270 calendar days from notice to proceed, existing concrete pads may be reused if new switches fit, existing cables may be cut-splice-extended inside new switches, new cable terminations are required, and existing 15kV cables should remain. The project involves replacement of existing MV switches and related electrical infrastructure. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
