About this file
This is Amendment 00001 to solicitation 70Z0G125BSSNE0007, issued by the USCG Civil Engineering Unit Providence on March 5, 2025, to clarify the site visit location details for a fire alarm system replacement project.
The amendment confirms that the site visit will take place on March 12, 2025 at 10:30am at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Point Judith lighthouse located at 1470 Ocean Road, Narragansett, RI 02882. The amendment corrects a typo in the original specifications regarding the Ocean Road address and clarifies that while there are two facility locations involved in the project (the lighthouse and a boat house at 276 Great Island Road), the site visit will only occur at the lighthouse location. Attendees must bring a license for identification and will be directed or escorted to the site by Coast Guard personnel.

Amendment 00001 March 5, 2025
Answer 1. The address of the site visit is:
U.S. Coast Guard, Station Point Judith 1470 Ocean Road, Narragansett, RI 02882
For the site visit, you will need to provide a license for identification. Coast Guard personnel will either direct or escort you into the Site.
Q2. Please confirm meeting location for site visit on March 12th @ 1030 but lists two locations. Which, if either, is correct?
The facility located at the (Point Judith), 1460 Ocean Rd Narragansett, RI 02882.
The facility located in (Galilee), 276 Great Island Rd, Narragansett, RI 02882
A2. The Specifications in Section 1.1.1 a., paragraph 6 on page 2 mentions two locations. The Site Visit is taking place at the lighthouse at 1470 Ocean Road, Narragansett, RI 02822. There was a typo in the Spec for the number at Ocean Road.
The second address identified in the Specifications as 276 Great Island Road, Narragansett, RI 02882 is for the boat house and piers. This is not the location of the Site Visit.
