70Z08526QAC015B00 is hereby amended A0003 as follows:

Question 1: Pump Performance Testing Requirements:

Section 4.1.1. General states that each new fully assembled pump shall be tested. Could you please clarify whether the Government has defined testing requirements beyond this statement—such as the expected length of test, flow rate, pressure parameters, compensator set points, or any mandatory performance test points that each pump must demonstrate during acceptance?

Answer: To clarify the testing requirements for the pump units, the contractor shall perform all testing in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) test procedures. The contractor must use the latest OEM-approved methods, equipment, and acceptance criteria to verify system performance and ensure compliance with OEM standards.

Test results shall be documented in a detailed report. A copy of this test report shall be packed with the tested pump, and another copy shall be turned over to the Coast Guard Quality Assurance

Representative. Please note that the Coast Guard Quality Assurance Representative will be on-site during the testing process.

No other changes are made or implied.
