About this file

This is a Government Property Report template (Attachment 6) used to track and account for government property provided under a Coast Guard contract. The form requires contractors to document details about received property including description, NSN/serial numbers, value, dates received and installed/consumed, current location, and disposition instructions.

The form contains six main columns for tracking property details plus signature blocks for both the Property Administrator and Contractor. It includes definitions for serviceable property (pre-existing items replaced during performance), salvage property (items with value above scrap), and scrap property (items with only basic material content value). The completed report must accompany the contractor's final invoice and certifies that all government property has been properly accounted for through either consumption during contract performance or proper disposition according to instructions.
