This is an SF-30 Amendment 3 (Questions and Answers document) for a U.S. Coast Guard solicitation for temporary lodging services. The solicitation number is 70Z08426QDL940006, issued for USCG Port Security Unit (PSU) 309 in Port Clinton, Ohio, with a submission deadline of April 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The contract is a firm fixed-price purchase order for a small business set-aside (size standard $40 million), with NAICS code 721110, and represents a new requirement with no incumbent contractor.

The amendment addresses four key questions and clarifications: (1) lodging must comply with GSA per diem rates for Port Clinton, OH; (2) the Government will not require additional liability or indemnification requirements beyond standard commercial terms, with lodging providers expected to maintain appropriate commercial liability insurance and follow standard industry practices; (3) the required search radius for three-diamond AAA properties has been expanded from 15 miles to 20 miles from Port Clinton, with the Statement of Work revised accordingly; and (4) this is a new requirement with no previous incumbent. Offerors must acknowledge all SF-30 amendments and submit proposals to Contracting Officer Terry Craft at terry.e.craft@uscg.mil.
