The vendor must provide four pairs of customized ISU-90 containers configured as follows: (1) Clean Gear configuration for chamber support equipment including tool boxes, spare parts, technical manuals, oxygen kits, AED devices, and chamber kits; (2) Dirty Gear configuration for high-pressure compressors, generators, voltage step-down transformers, and diesel containers; (3) SCUBA and SSDS support equipment configuration with tank racks, communication consoles, umbilicals, and dive support tool kits; and (4) Inflatable boat configuration containing two F470 RIB boats (15'5" long, 6'3" beam) with 90-horsepower outboard engines each. All containers must feature hard tie-downs for heavy equipment and shelving to maximize usable space. Four containers ship to Regional Dive Locker West in National City, California, and four ship to Regional Dive Locker East in Portsmouth, Virginia. Shipping, handling, and assembly costs must be included in the quote. The SOW includes detailed photographs and dimensions of all equipment to be loaded, including compressors, generators, hydraulic equipment, welding machines, SCUBA tanks, umbilicals, rigging lines, communication boxes, tool kits, and personnel gear bags. This is a tax-exempt U.S. Government transaction.
