About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (QAE) file for a United States Coast Guard solicitation (70Z08125QELIZ0020) for Sector NC Conference Room AV Equipment. The QAE provides detailed technical clarifications about the audiovisual installation project, including specifics about equipment, cabling, and installation requirements for two primary spaces: a Conference Room and an Interagency Operations Center.
Key details include full installation of a turn-key AV solution with two sources per room (government laptop and guest HDMI), Crestron-compatible equipment, and comprehensive cabling requirements. The project requires installing displays, touchscreens, cameras, audio equipment, and associated networking infrastructure. The procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 541519, with quotes due by noon on July 25, 2025, to be submitted via email. The government will evaluate using a lowest price technically acceptable source selection method, with the work to be performed at USCG Sector NC Headquarters in Wilmington, NC.
