About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a federal solicitation for dry dock work on the USCGC NORTHLAND. The solicitation seeks bids for steel plate renewal work during dry docking, with Coastal Seal an approved alternative coating. Bidders are directed to submit a Contract Funding Request for plate thickness and size requirements rather than specifying details in the solicitation, as pricing will be addressed through a change request process. The opportunity is identified as solicitation number 70Z08023QMECP0022 from the Department of Homeland Security Coast Guard for dry docking of the USCGC NORTHLAND in fiscal year 2024.
