About this file
This document is a Responses to Questions (Amendment 1) for USCG Request for Quote 70Z03826QE0000026, issued on 14 April 2026. The document addresses vendor inquiries regarding the solicitation but does not specify products or services required, response deadlines, or award information. The single question and answer provided addresses tariff considerations for Canadian-sourced items. The USCG clarifies that it cannot eliminate Canadian-to-US tariffs, as tariff elimination is outside Federal Acquisition Regulation jurisdiction. Vendors must separately itemize any applicable tariff costs on their quotes as reimbursable line items and provide proof of tariff costs incurred at the time of delivery with their invoices.
