About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center's requirements for evaluation, calibration, and potential repair of six Air Data Pressure Test Sets (NSN 4920-01-662-3920, Part Number ADTS-3350ER). The contractor (Testvonics Inc.) will be responsible for comprehensive calibration services, including providing calibration certificates, applying calibration decals, and performing functional inspections and repairs as needed. If additional repairs are required beyond the initial evaluation, the contractor must submit a detailed repair estimate to the Contracting Officer for written approval.
Key contractual terms include a 60-day turnaround time, firm-fixed pricing, and the potential to expand the order to up to ten total units within one year of award. The solicitation allows for optional additional units at the same pricing and terms. Repair processes are tightly controlled, requiring detailed documentation, traceability to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, and written authorization for any repairs exceeding the initial evaluation and calibration price. The anticipated award date is 15 July 2025, with quotations due by 14 July 2025 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, to be submitted via email to Geneva.K.James@uscg.mil.
