About this file
This document contains the Questions and Answers for the Composite Manufacture and Repair Industry Day hosted by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) for its Medium Range Recovery (MRR) program. The Industry Day is part of market research to identify companies with expertise in complex composite manufacturing and repair to support the current USCG H60 aircraft fleet and fleet expansion. The event will be held on August 8, 2024, from 9:00am to 12:00pm EST at the USCG Base in Elizabeth City, NC. Registration is required by July 31, 2024, and is limited to two attendees per company. The Industry Day will provide an overview of the USCG's minimum requirements and allow vendors to view sample parts. Vendors are requested to provide pricing information, lead times, and any anticipated non-recurring engineering charges by July 31, 2024. No drawings or technical information will be provided, and vendors must demonstrate the ability to reverse engineer the parts and provide fully dimensional drawings. This is a market research event and does not obligate the government to award any contracts.
