1) Do you have photos of the current sign that you are looking to replace?

A) Yes.

2) Is it possible to conduct on an onsite survey to evaluate what would be required for removal/installation?

A) A site visit was conducted 13AUG25. No other site visits will be given.

3)Do you have the artwork available for your new sign that you can share with us?

A) There is no artwork. Section 2.3.1 in the Statement of Work gives minimal details of the requirement

4)Which location option has been selected A (Option 1), B (Option 2), or C (Option 3)?

A) Updated section 2.3.2 of Statement of Work for location of marquee

5) All three locations on base and will we be taken to them?

A) Refer to section 2.3.2 for updated location of marquee

6) Will existing foundation be reused and replaced with new structure?

A) The current foundation of the cement base may be used. However, replacement of poles will need to be done to have the Marquee displayed higher than current Marquee. Marquee should be visible and unblocked by vehicles.

7) Do you want top cabinet on top of sign lighted or capped?

A) Not required. However, top cabinet of Marquee shall be added to new Marquee.

8) Do you want double face sign?

A) Not required.

9) Is the pull box, the breaker for the sign?

A) No. Breaker found in the conduit panel board located in building 14. See page 4, figure 1, for mapped location.

10) Coast Guard choice for location or contractor choice, if contractors choice who approves the location?

A) Current location will be used.

11)What qualifications do the contractors need specified in Section 3.1 Qualified Personnel in Statement of Work?

A) Electrical qualification most applicable from the list below:

12) What is the permitting process for the Coast Guard?

A) No permits needed.
