About this file

The document is a Task Order Pricing Worksheet for a Time Charter Lease solicitation issued by the US Coast Guard (USCG). The task order covers transportation and logistics support services for a 6-month base period (5/1/26 - 10/31/26) with a 6-month option period (11/1/26 - 4/30/27), focusing on operations in the Caribbean Basin, Gulf of America, and surrounding areas.

The pricing breakdown includes three primary Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): Transportation and Logistics Support Services (currently priced at $0), Consumables and Outfitting (totaling $2.8 million across base and option periods), and Travel (totaling $800,000 across base and option periods). The total task order value is $3.6 million. The solicitation emphasizes that day rate pricing must include all indirect costs and profit, and contractors will not be authorized to provide additional burdens on Consumables/Outfitting or Travel CLINs. This task order is to be issued concurrently with the Homeland Security Cutter (HSC)-Ocean IDIQ RFP to meet immediate operational needs.
