About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) Threshold Requirements table for Task Order 1 (TO1), detailing specific vessel specifications and operational requirements. The requirements include establishing a berth and base of operations in the Gulf of America or District Southeast area, capability to provide services within 30 days of contract award, and ability to perform refueling at sea services. The vessel must provide specialized technical accommodations such as a communications room with specific electrical circuit configurations (six 30A and six 20A circuits), space for information exchange systems, and a dedicated 160 sq ft storage and workspace for small arms with requisite security measures. Additionally, the specifications mandate a Ready Service Locker (RSL) with precise dimensional requirements (11' x 9' x 9'), which must be securely mounted on an internal or external deck and positioned to prevent visibility to external observers.
