About this file

The file is a Questions and Answers document for a United States Secret Service (USSS) solicitation for Law Enforcement Badges. Key details include specific vendor requirements and restrictions: badges cannot be manufactured in China, must include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and must be made with specific material specifications. Vendors seeking to quote must email crystal.pressley@usss.dhs.gov to obtain design drawings and visual badge samples.

The solicitation (70US0925R70093344) requires custom law enforcement badges and cap plates that match USSS design specifications, with an emphasis on high-quality and durable products. The badges must incorporate approved materials and carry a lifetime warranty under normal wear and tear conditions. The opportunity is issued by the Department of Homeland Security's US Secret Service, with vendors instructed to title their response subject line as "Law Enforcement Badges" when submitting quotes.
