Detroit Questions:

1. Since we are now approaching July, will DHS/TSA still plan to utilize the full 18 days of range time during the current base year, or will the base year be adjusted with fewer usage days? The base year will be adjusted. We will still utilize the full 18 days within a 12 month period of performance.

1. How much advance notice will DHS/TSA typically provide to the firing range before each training day or range closure is scheduled? TSA anticipates providing a 30 day advanced notice regarding scheduling for training.

1. Would you prefer the proposal to be submitted in a specific format or structure (e.g., combined PDF with attachments, separate documents, labeled by section, etc.)? How would you like your proposal submitted? Please see solicitation information. See Description-Submission Requirements. Please submit an Adobe PDF with pricing provided in 1449, location of the range should be identified, and if subcontractor agreement applies, please attach.

1. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past. This is a recompete for the Detroit Firing Range. The award number was 70T05020P7NNFM002.

1. Is a 25 yard range acceptable for this requirement? The Detroit range requires a 50-yard range. This is needed for Stages I & II of the carbine qualification course.
