The Transportation Security Administration will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price reasonableness. The contract anticipates DHS personnel using the range an average of 18 days per year (April 15th to October 30th), with an estimated 90,000 rounds fired annually. DHS will provide ammunition, targets, and firearms instructors.
