1. RFI #2: Please confirm a bid bond/bid guarantee is not required with the Offeror's quote.

A: Confirmed.

1. Is there an incumbent currently servicing this contract? If so please provide there information.

A: There is no current contract in place, as the services are currently being paid under the program’s purchase card.

1. Would the contractor also be responsible for taking the boxes back after the Naturalization Ceremony is complete?

A: No

1. What are the insurance requirements?

A: Yes, the contractor shall be liable for any damages occurring to any items.

1. SOW states that “Up to 4 episodic moves of equipment will be required at a future date. USCIS will provide notice three (3) business days prior to the requested move.” Shall we price these 4 additional moves separately?
