DHS FIRSTSOURCE III – 70RTAC21R00000003 Amendment 0012 Pricing Schedule Crosswalk
In accordance with FirstSource III Solicitation Section L.7.2.5.3 Factor 5 – Price (Volume III), the offeror shall prepare and submit this crosswalk as part of the Offeror’s Price (Volume III) response.
For ITVAR, the offeror shall provide the detailed specifications for each hardware item proposed which shall map to the salient characteristics in Attachment 8 for the corresponding item. For Software, if the offeror is proposing “or equal” items (to include different or updated SKUs), the offeror shall provide the detailed specifications for only those “or equal” items proposed which shall map to the characteristics of the brand name items in the Software pricing model. For Software, a crosswalk for brand name items is not required. The offeror shall provide one form per item. There is no page limit for this form.

• Provide direct manufacturer assistance to the
Image lab in the integration of the proposed hardware.
• BIOS that supports Remote Security Management (e.g., Intel vPro or AMD
DASH)
• 5Yr Onsite warranty. 24-hour onsite response o Warranty coverage for accidental damage o Hard drives replaced under warranty will not be returned to the vendor.
The government will destroy or dispose of these based on the sensitivity level of the system from which they are removed.
