Performance Requirements Summary (PRS)

The PRS establishes key elements of Contractor performance that represent “Mission Essential” service requirements, which are identified in the table below in the “Required Task” column.

The Contractor shall use the following format; this format shall include the two (2) task identified below (at a minimum). The Contractor has the option to add more tasks. The performance standards column represents the standard against which Contract performance will be measured in relation to accomplishment of the corresponding required tasks. The performance standard describes the minimum acceptable level of service by the Contractor for satisfactory performance. The Acceptable Level of Quality (AQL) column displays the maximum allowable deviation from the performance standard, which, if exceeded evokes the non-monetary incentive or disincentive. The non-monetary incentive and/or disincentive must be proposed by the Contractor.
