About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a federal security camera upgrade project at the William Kenzo Nakamura Courthouse in Seattle, Washington. The amendment (Number 0003) adds Appendix A and Appendix B to the original solicitation, detailing specific camera replacement and installation requirements across multiple locations including the main entrance, garage, sally port, and various exterior camera poles.

The scope involves replacing existing cameras with upgraded models, including 4K PTZ cameras with built-in infrared, 20 MP multi-sensor cameras, and 8 MP fixed exterior cameras. Additional work includes modifying camera pole positions, installing a new panoramic camera in an exterior tunnel, and setting up viewing stations on multiple floors with workstations, monitors, keyboards, and mice. The project also requires removing an existing coat rack and installing a new 32-inch monitor in the parking garage. The amendment specifies technical details for camera placement, mounting requirements, and integration with existing infrastructure, with an effective date of 09/22/2025 and response deadline of 09/24/2025 at 1000 PST.
