Building lay out indicating where the existing cameras and systems are located There is no building layout depicting where existing cameras are located, please refer to the SOW for pictures of the cameras and the locations.

Site plan showing exterior cameras There is no building layout depicting where existing cameras are located, please refer to the SOW for pictures of the cameras and the locations.

Pictures of existing data racks to confirm there is enough room to place the new system while maintaining the existing system, Photo is provided as part of this amendment, please see pages 80‐81.

Once materials are shipped, inventoried, received and accepted by the customer, is there a secure room on site to store the equipment?

The location where the server is now, is the most open secure storage. Some equipment can also be stored in the control center.

Will the contractors be allowed to park in the underground parking garage See SOW Section C.2.6 which states: There may or may not be onsite parking.

The contractor should plan on unloading materials and then finding parking offsite. However, the Property Mananger try and provide if he can. They are also replacing 18 miles of piping and need parking for those crews as well as other service contractors. Don't plan on it. Need to include off‐site parking as part of the proposal.

What are the field of view requirements for the roof top camera mounted 35‐40 stories above the ground? Is this a roof top camera to view the roof top? Are the solar panels going to be an obstacle

The facility is 20 stories tall. The new PTZ camera on the roof is to view the park adjacent to the building. There are no obstacles. The camera is to be mounted on a pillar on the corner of the rooftop.

Is night work an option for the change/cut over from the existing system to the new system Yes, working nights since all contractors working on the project first must be cleared by Department of Homeland Security.

Is there a distance you can provide for cable length and pipe length needed for each option The SOW states C.2.12 All measurements and equipment locations are approximate and shall be verified by the Contractor for accuracy and installation feasibility.

Option 1: Approximately 25 feet of trenching. Approximately 300‐400 feet for cabling. Approximately 100 feet of new conduit needed.

Option 2 Approximately 400 feet for cabling. Aprroximately 250 feet of new conduit needed.

Are all cameras presently operational and within 350 feet of the switches that are presently there Not all cameras are currently operational. Not all cameras are within 350 feet of switches.

Reference cameras at locations 28,27,26,25,24, 22 and 7, What are the name/names and contact information of contractor/contractors that did the woodwork around interior doors and duct covering in hallways ?

The ceilings and wood are made by a company called 9 Wood , They were installed by Cascade Acoustics. We do not have a contact for Cascade. The the main office phone number is 503‐612‐0100

The specified Cisco switch is a Cisco C9200 series which supplies POE+ (30 watts), the correct switch in that line would be a C9300 which can supply UPOE/POE++ (60 watts), the specified PTZ cameras require 60Watts, will the Spec be updated to reflect the Cisco C9300 series switch?

The scope of work has been updated to reflect the Cisco C9300 to be able to handle the PTZ cameras.

Since trenching is required for the addition of the PTZ camera on the SW corner of the facility, will FPS allow for us to conduct one additional site vitis with an approved contractor?

FPS will not have another formal walk thru. The contractor may on their own do a site visit to look at the trenching necessary for the SW camera. The contractor does not need to contact and/or coordinate with FPS first. The contractor may not do a site visit on their own for any of the interior or roof cameras.

FPS provided examples of pictures of existing device locations, but did not provide formal drawings. Can the drawings be provided?

There is no building layout depicting where existing cameras are located.

Is FPS able to determine approved switch location in IT closets so that it creates a fair and reasonable procurement process and all contractors bid to the same scope?

See attached drawing for existing switch locations. Note the change in SOW switches in G112 moving to G110.
