About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for armed protective security officer services. The services are required at five locations in Washington, D.C. The requirement is being solicited as a commercial acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and is a total HUBZone small business set-aside. A single award, fixed price IDIQ contract will result with a period of performance consisting of five base periods of twelve months each and an additional six-month optional ordering period. The NAICS code is 561612 for security guard and patrol services. The amendment extends the deadline for proposal submission to April 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. It also replaces and incorporates revised price breakdown attachments to correct formatting and include separate pricing for supervisory positions. The amendment adds a requirement for on-site firearm storage and includes industry questions and answers for information only.
