About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to solicitation 70LGLY24RGLB00018 for Enterprise Security Services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. The amendment is issued in response to Executive Order 14173 of January 21, 2025, which revoked E.O. 11246 on Equal Employment Opportunity.

The amendment removes several FAR clauses related to Equal Employment Opportunity from the solicitation effective February 14, 2025, including FAR 52.222-21 (Prohibition of Segregated Facilities), 52.222-26 (Equal Opportunity), and associated clauses. It also updates FAR clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions to the January 2025 version and changes a reference from "Attachment 9, Special Contract Requirements" to "Part 8: Special Contract Requirements." The amendment requires acknowledgment from contractors and maintains all other terms and conditions from the original solicitation, which includes requirements for armed supervisors to have minimum qualifications including 4 years of law enforcement/security experience, supervisory training, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
