Solicitation/Contract Form Procurement: 100% Set Aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone)
Project Magnitude: Not to Exceed $15,000,000.00
Guaranteed Minimum: $50,000.00
Performance Period: One-year Base Period with Four Option Years.

SECTION C
Description/Specifications/SOW
| Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, management, and supervision to perform the designated work at FLETC Charleston, SC. |

SECTION E
Inspection Government Quality Assurance is not a substitute for Contractor Quality Control.
See Section E.7 on Performance Evaluation Meeting Requirements.
SECTION F
Deliveries or Performance
According to F.1, the contractor shall be fully operational and capable of starting work on any required task order within 30 days after contract award.
According to F.1, the contractor shall submit the required payment bonds, performance bonds and insurance certifications within 10 days after contract award.
SECTION G
Contract Administration Data Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) will be designated for the contract.
A designation letter will be provided to the contractor detailing the authorities and limitations of the COR.
The Contracting Officer will identify the COR for each Task Order.

Section IV: Price Proposal
| Pertinent back up documentation MUST be included for development of coefficients for evaluation of realism and reasonableness. Without sufficient documentation, the evaluation team will be unable to sufficiently evaluate the proposal. |
| Any pricing information to substantiate coefficient development shall be provided via electronic format in MS Excel for Government review. |

Evaluation Factors for Award Government May Award Without Discussions.
Details on method for evaluation of proposals:
Trade Off Source Selection between Non-Price and Price Factors.
Non-Price factors when combined are approximately equal in weight to Price.
