About this file

This document is an Amendment 2 to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for FEMA Region VI's IT Parts List solicitation. The procurement is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 423690 with a 250-employee size standard, seeking specific IT hardware components for the Denton campus. The RFQ is a sole brand name request for Belkin and Thor products, with a total anticipated budget not exceeding $91,000 and a 45-day delivery timeline after order receipt.

Key details include requirements for new, factory-sealed IT parts with specific technical specifications, such as servers with dual-core processors, 512GB RAM, 160TB usable storage, and networking components. Vendors must submit complete quotes by 8:00 AM CST on August 4, 2025, to Contracting Officer Destiny Dyson. The solicitation mandates that all offerors have the NAICS code listed in their SAM profile, submit quotes for all line items, and provide products matching exact CLIN structures. Alternative brands and partial quotes will not be accepted, and the procurement will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
