How many volumes are required for proposal submission? Section L doesn’t mention volumes, but Section M suggests that there are 3 separate volumes?
RESPONSE: There is no such “volume” mentioned in this Solicitation; Section M refers to Evaluation factors of 1. Technical, 2.
Past Performance, and 3. Price.

Will the government please provide a detailed outline of the items required for the Technical volume of this proposal? –
RESPONSE: There is no such “volume” mentioned in this Solicitation; refer to the Submission of Proposals and prepare according to what is described.
3. 32 M 1.Technical - Is there a page count requirement for the Technical volume? –
RESPONSE: There is no such “volume” mentioned in this Solicitation; there is no required page count.
4. 32 M 2. Past Performance
Is the Project Experience Questionnaire required to be included as part of the Past Performance volume? –
RESPONSE: There is no such “volume” mentioned in this Solicitation. Past performance is required as stated.

RESPONSE: No. Must be work performed by the Prime contractor.

B. Information on the current battery system
