Amendment 2 - Solicitation # 70FB7024R00000011 -Tarps Recompete
Q1. Can the Statement of work allow for a 20'x30' tarp option vs exclusively the 20'x25'?
Currently, there are massive quantities of 20'x30' readily available domestically whereas 20'x25' has proven to be difficult to source?
A1. Section D of the SOW gives the Tarp Specifications we require for this acquisition.
Q2. J&M is working on proposal our proposal for 70FB7024R00000011 Tarps Indefinite Order Indefinite Quantity (IDQ) Recompete. We had a question as to if the tarps had to be TAA compliant as we did not see it in section D where it is typically disclosed?
A2. The Tarps should be TAA compliant. The Trade Agreements Act (TAA) applies to all U.S. federal agencies, including FEMA, and requires that products supplied to the government originate from the United States or other designated countries.
Q3. Please advise what is the initial contract delivery quantity per location once the contract is awarded?
A3. Section E, #1-3 of the Statemen of Work identifies what each vendor is required to deliver.
