The solicitation seeks a single contractor to provide up to 200 used vehicles per year over a 5-year period, with specific requirements including 4-door sedans, SUVs, and trucks that are free of damage, have intact doors and windows, inflated tires, and are clean and dry inside.
The vehicles will be used in dynamic law enforcement training courses, with an estimated 18-20 classes per year requiring approximately 10 vehicles each. Background:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the largest federal law enforcement agency whose missions include preventing terrorism and enhancing security, managing our borders, administering immigration and customs laws, and securing cyberspace. Scope of Work:
The scope of this requirement is to have a single contractor provide used/junk automobile vehicles. The vehicles will be utilized in various dynamic law enforcement training courses at Fort Benning, GA. All vehicles and services are outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 7/1/2025.
