About this file
This document contains Task and Frequency Charts for facility services and grounds maintenance at the US Border Patrol Spokane Sector's Curlew Station located at 5 Forest Lane, Curlew WA 99118.
The charts detail specific custodial tasks and their required frequencies, ranging from twice daily to as-needed tasks. Key custodial requirements include daily floor cleaning, trash removal, and restroom maintenance; weekly tasks like glass cleaning and exercise equipment sanitization; monthly duties such as high dusting and security camera cleaning; and periodic tasks like shampooing rugs (every 2 months) and washing venetian blinds (every 6 months). The grounds maintenance section specifies weekly mowing with grass height maintained between 1½" to 3", weekly grass edging, twice-weekly grounds cleaning, and as-needed weed control and fertilizing. The document includes timing requirements for multiple-daily tasks (minimum 6 hours between cleanings) and notes that less frequent tasks must be performed within the first month of contract performance before following the regular schedule.
